LAUREN Goodger hit up Nubar in Essex last night, despite spending the night before dancing until dawn at Wireless where her TOWIE ex, Mark Wright, also happened to be.

South East Water lifts hosepipe ban - thisissussex.co.uk
South East Water has announced that it is lifting the hosepipe ban that has been in place in Sussex since April.
The restriction followed two extremely dry winters but has now ended after heavy rainfall in May, June and so far in July.
In recent weeks parts of Sussex have suffered from floods and the heavy rainfall has caused the authorities to review the hosepipe ban. They had previously expected it to last all summer.
Southern Water had lifted its ban in June but it was more reliant on rivers and reservoirs filling up too provide the waste water services it covers.
South East Water provides the majority of domestic water services and it is reliant on underground water supplies filling up.
This year saw the wettest April since records began over 100 years ago and we have received more than double the average amount of June rain this year.
In a statement issued along with three other water companies - Sutton and East Surrey Water, Veolia Water Central and Veolia Water Southeast – who also overturned hosepipe bans at the same time, South East Water said: "The companies would all like to thank their customers for complying with the restrictions and supporting their plea to use water wisely.
"This has kept demand for water well below levels normally experienced at this time of year.
"Significant - or indeed any - recharge of underground resources at this time of year is most unusual but it follows the abnormally heavy rainfall experienced since spring which has finally brought to an end the severe drought after two dry winters."

Essex coach Paul Grayson pleased at T20 progress - BBC News
Essex coach Paul Grayson feels his side deserved to progress to the FL t20 quarter-finals.
Sunday's abandoned match at Hampshire was enough to hand the Eagles a trip to Somerset in the last eight, despite finishing third in the South Group.
Grayson told BBC Essex: "Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the way we played in the T20. More consistent this year than last year."
"I think the boys deserved to go through."
Grayson praised the teams bowling attack during the group stages.
"I think in the nine games we've had, apart from the game down at Hove where Sussex scored 210, the bowlers have been absolutely brilliant," he added.
"Graham Napier's been excellent, Reece Topley's come on leaps and bounds and David Masters has bowled really well in the last couple of games."
Essex's chances of progression were hit by a run of three straight defeats, but the Eagles got themselves back in contention with crucial wins over Middlesex and Kent.
Essex last made T20 finals day in 2010.
