Kim Kardashian has suffered a legal setback in her ongoing bitter divorce battle as reports that her star witness is pregnant with Kris Humphries' baby have proved to be false, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As we previously reported, after stories surfaced that Myla Sinanaj was pregnant with Humphries’ baby, she finally set the record straight on Tuesday and emphatically stated that she wasn't expecting a bundle of joy anytime soon and had never been carrying his baby.
"Myla had absolutely been telling her friends that she was pregnant with Kris' baby," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. "Everyone in Kris' camp, including the NBA star, thought Myla was indeed pregnant. No one could get a straight answer from her."
PHOTOS: Hollywood’s Dirtiest Divorces
It's a major legal setback for Kardashian as her lawyers had subpoenaed Myla to be deposed in divorce proceedings and could have poked holes in Humphries' claims that he had been defrauded by the reality star in the marriage.
"Kim's lawyers are certainly going to have to re-think their strategy to determine if they still want to depose Myla. Myla would easily be impeached under questioning from Kris' lawyers. Yes, Kris did hook up with Myla, but they were never in an exclusive relationship," the source told Radar. It's unclear if Myla's deposition will still proceed as scheduled.
PHOTOS: Celebs Who Have Slammed The Kardashians
Sinanaj had hired Joe Tacopina as her attorney after Humphries accused the hotel worker of attempting to extort him. However, "Joe fired Myla as a client several days ago. Myla no longer has an attorney," an insider told Radar. "Myla's inability to be honest and forthcoming with information to Joe is the main reason he had no choice but to fire her. Joe just doesn't have the time for this ridiculous drama."
Team Humphries plans to depose Kim Kardashian in the next several weeks.

Essex Water Color Club celebrates 80 years - NJ.com
As a grand finale of its 80th anniversary, Essex Water Color Club, New Jersey's oldest watercolor organization, will be celebrating the talent of its members and honoring its past presidents and current board members for their commitment to uphold the vision of its founding members. The reception and art show, featuring the paintings of its award winning artists of the past year, will take place at the Morris Museum on August 12, from 1 - 4 p.m. Over 40 original watercolor paintings will be displayed in the Museum Court and will be available for sale. The event is free with museum admission. Refreshments will be served.
Although the Kresge’s Department Store in Newark, does not exist anymore, it was here in 1932 that the Essex Water Color Club first began exhibiting the watercolor paintings in space the store made available. The club was formed in the depth of the Great Depression. Among the original 27 founding members were Charles Bauer, John McLeod, Viola Appel and many others who went on to earn national recognition. Early Essex Water Color Club members were founding members of the New Jersey Water Color Society (Mary Lawrence), the Bloomfield Art League and Garden State Watercolor Society (Dagmar Tribble).
It is 80 years later and the Essex Water Color Club artists are still meeting to further the original goals of stimulating interest in and advancing the art of water media painting, providing a forum for artists to meet and share ideas, and exhibiting their work. The unique feature of the club is that it is a local organization with over one hundred and seventy-five members from the Essex County area and elsewhere throughout the state.
Three-quarters of the membership are exhibiting members and one-quarter associates. The work of these artists represents a range of media techniques from transparent watercolor to acrylics to gouache.
The Club meets six times a year (the second Sunday of the month) at the Livingston Senior/Community Center. A regular highlight of the meetings is a demonstration painting by a guest artist, specifically selected by John Wolff, programs chair, to expose the membership to a variety of watercolor styles and techniques.
The Essex Water Color Club has a dedicated group of artists who volunteer their time and talents to serve on the Board in different capacities to ensure that the vision of the founding members is maintained. The Club’s current president is Medy Bozkurtian, who attributes her growing as an artist to her involvement with like-minded artists in the Club, says “I was hooked from the very first demo I attended ten years ago and immediately joined the Club and volunteered as Hospitality Chair. I was amazed at how friendly and inviting the Club was. Watching other artists demonstrate their painting skills is both fascinating and educational, and then having the opportunity to exchange ideas with fellow artists over refreshments is just great! Our exhibitions, currently chaired by Susan Philips, are of the highest caliber. I am honored to be president of such a fine Club.” Past presidents have included Ludlow Thorston, Ed Havas (a signature member of the American Water Color Society), Thomas Valenti (current president of Allied Artists of American) and Ann Taylor (current president of the New Jersey Water Color Society).

Vivaah.com is pleased to announce the launch of the matrimony site
http://m.vivaah.com/ which is designed and built especially for mobile devices. Over
past year, Vivaah.com has seen traffic from mobile and hand held devices rise from 2% to
15% of total. This was despite the fact that website was not optimised for mobile devices.
Now with the launch of a dedicated website for mobile devices, Vivaah hope to improve the
reach of our services and serve our users on mobile and handheld platforms better.
Vivaah [http://www.vivaah.com ] in recent months have been witnessing faster growth
rates. In last couple of months, the numbers of users visiting Vivaah through non-desktop
devices (mobiles and tabs) has risen to about 15% of total. Overall, it is a small
percentage but over a 700% increase (see graphic
[http://m.vivaah.com/img/mvivaahcom-pr-july2012.jpg ]) from a year ago, when such traffic
was only 2% of total. The Vivaah team believes that mobile device visitor's needs are
quite different to that of a desktop visitor. The significant differences are the lower
speed of the internet access (especially in Indian subcontinent), charges based on
download data size and smaller form factor.
On analysing the Vivaah server log of visitor data it has been seen that most
frequently used non desktop devices are Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, Nokia (E Series, C
Series), Samsung Galaxy (Ace, Fit, Mini and S II), Sony Ericsson (Xperia). In terms of
browsers, the UC mobile, Safari, Opera and Mozilla are the ones most commonly used from
mobile/tablet devices.
Considering the variety of devices and the browser mix in use, Vivaah has designed its
mobile matrimony website (m.vivaah.com) using XHTML Basic 1.1 version of HTML. Most of the
modern browsers on mobile handsets supported this HTML technology. The dedicated site will
provide better usability experience with faster page load with lower download size. In
other words, the dedicated site will be faster, cheaper and easier to use.
Vivaah mobile app [http://m.vivaah.com ] in its launch version offers the most
commonly used subset of the features as compared to the desktop version. The mobile site
features are multiple search options, dedicated pages for communities (my religion,
language and country) and member pages. The mobile site also provides a comprehensive
dashboard similar to the desktop version with quick access to various member features like
In-site Messaging, Interest Received, and Interest Sent etc. Over coming months, Vivaah
plans to add more features and bring it on par with desktop version over coming months.
Dinesh Munjal, Director, Vivaah.com says - "Matrimonial matchmaking is a big business
in India. Newspapers, matchmakers and websites typically charge tens of thousands of
rupees for their services with no guarantees of suitable match. We have taken a lead in
this industry by offering comprehensive and completely free services. In recent months, as
the word of us being comprehensive and free is, spreading http://www.vivaah.com has
seen an increase in growth rate. In addition, there has been a sharp increase in traffic
from mobile/ handheld devices. With the launch of dedicated mobile friendly website at
http://m.vivaah.com/ we hope to improve the reach of our matrimonial site and provide
better user experience to all our users on various platforms."
About Vivaah.com - Vivaah Matrimonial Services (p) ltd.

Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal) living in their home country or abroad. Site features a

and castes. Key site features are multiple search options, expression of interest, in-site

Essex girls Frankie and Denise hit Ibiza pool party - The Sun
The bikini-clad blonde, 24, who recently dropped two dress sizes, looked amazing in her pink diamante swimsuit top and bright orange bottoms at a pool party yesterday.
Frankie, who had tied her long locks into a plait pushed back with a headband, was having such a good time she couldn't help but share her joy with her Twitter followers.
She revealed: "@OceanBeachIbiza loving the sun tunes and being with my girls #bestpoolpartybyfar."
And she later gushed: "@OceanBeachIbiza amazing xxXxx."
Also at the bash was fellow Essex girl and TV presenter Denise Van Outen, who showed off her best dance moves poolside.
Mum-of-one Denise flashed a little less flash than Frankie covering up with a long green studded vest top over her bikini.
She teamed her casual outfit with shades and a straw hat.
Denise, who narrates ITV2's The Only Way Is Essex, tweeted: "Having a bit too much fun in Ibiza with @kirstyinsanity and @tweetparkerpark #@OceanBeachIbiza."

Swedish PM files for divorce after 20 years of marriage - Reuters India
STOCKHOLM |
STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt has filed for divorce from his wife Filippa after 20 years of marriage, the press office of the Nordic country's centre-right leader said on Wednesday.
The statement gave no reason for the application.
The couple, who announced in March they had separated, have been the darlings of Sweden's centre-right party, the Moderates, which swept to power in 2006, and Filippa is a politician in her own right, representing the party at local level in the Stockholm area.
Fredrik, 46, and Filippa, 45, have been married since 1992 and have three children.
Under Swedish law, a couple with children under the age of 16 must wait six months for a divorce to be granted after the formal application, even if both parents agree to the divorce.
Divorce is common in Sweden and is generally not seen as a political liability. Former Social Democratic Prime Minister Goran Persson went through a divorce during his time in government, in 2002.

Big Fat Gypsy divorce party - The Sun
The teenager was celebrating her freedom at her Big Fat Gypsy divorce party and there wasn’t a tear in sight.
Instead, the local pub was filled with dancing, laughter and a £700 eight-tier divorce cake.
With so much celebration, glitz and glamour, it was hard to believe that in the gypsy community divorce is practically forbidden.
But her family have stood by her decision to end her two-year marriage to fellow traveller Swanley Smith, and threw a lavish bash.
And Josie, who only knew Swanley for two months before they got hitched, wasn’t the only one who was celebrating rather than crying over the end of her marriage.
Divorce in the UK has become big business. More than 200 times the number of couples are splitting up today than a century ago, the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics reveal.
Businesses are cashing in on the trend. Post-divorce cosmetic surgery is booming and divorce parties are replacing marriage counselling.
Transform Medical Group revealed that 26 per cent of clients are newly divorced and 48 per cent were doing it to make their ex jealous.
You can now get a personalised divorce cake, and high street shops have started stocking “Congratulations On Your Divorce” cards.
In fact, many people are celebrating making a break before the ink on their divorce papers has dried.
At her divorce do, mum-of-one Josie declared: “This party is a celebration of a new chapter.
“I am only 19 and have my life ahead of me.
“The break-up has been tough. I loved Swanley but he was a let-down. He didn’t deliver what he promised and I want more for myself and my little girl.
“It’s too soon to say if I’ll marry again but I am dating.”
Josie’s white satin divorce party dress might have looked familiar to fans of Big Fat Gypsy Weddings.
It was a miniature version of her famous 5st wedding gown, complete with frothy tutu skirt and frilly garter, which she wore on the first ever episode of the hit C4 series.
And her gigantic divorce cake, made by baker Gill Broadfoot, was modelled on a traditional wedding cake with a big difference.
The tiny groom and bride figures were no longer standing side by side on the top tier, but slumped on the bottom of the cake stand.
As she playfully beheaded the icing figure of Swanley, Josie said: “My mother and father would never want me to be unhappy.
“It doesn’t matter about traditions, they understand why I had to finish my relationship with Swanley.”
Each girl at the party had an eye-catching new outfit for the occasion. Josie’s 14-year-old sister Berry had gone for a pink version of her dress while others went for brightly coloured mini dresses, skyscraper heels and lots of bling.
There was a cold buffet before everyone started posing for pictures and setting off party poppers.
As the drinks flowed, Josie put her favourite music on the jukebox and all the girls got up to dance.
The atmosphere was like a hen party. But then apart from Josie’s brothers John, 18, and 12-year-old Isaac, and her new love interest Darius Belu, 23, most of the guests were female. After cutting her cake, Josie got a big hug from her mum, Josie Doherty, 40. Then she posed for a picture with Darius to loud cheers from the guests — despite the fact he is not a traveller.
He is a professional dancer who stars on the Romanian version of Strictly Come Dancing. They met through the reality TV circuit.
Josie said: “We’ve only been out a few times. It’s early days but he makes me feel really happy.”
It is only three months since she walked out on Swanley, taking their one-year-old baby daughter, also called Josie, with her. But Josie feels that her hurt has now healed enough for her to move on.
She said: “My heart is mending. I’ve just turned 19 and I feel like I’ve turned a corner.
“Despite what people say, it was the right thing to do. I think I’ve opened a lot of people’s eyes in our community — no woman should live like that.”
Josie has no regrets about marrying so young and so quickly, because it is the traveller way. She said: “My parents married two days after meeting each other and 20 years later they are still happily married, with nine children.
“My family were sad, but Mum always said I had to do whatever made me happy. I’ve had so much support.”
She has now moved back to her parents’ house in Middlesex.
And her brothers and sisters have all rallied round. As well as John, Berry and Isaac, there is Barbara, 16, Christopher, eight, Patrick, seven, Baby Doll, five, and three-year-old Simey.
Josie, who left school at 11, said: “I had learned to read and write by that time and that was enough. My mother taught me how to be a woman.
“We don’t need to learn other subjects because we won’t get a job — our job is to be a good mother and wife.
“By the time I was 16 I knew I was ready for marriage.
“And six months later Swanley asked me to be his wife and I said yes.”
For her flamboyant wedding, watched by 6.5million television viewers, she looked every inch the princess she had hoped to in a huge frilly white dress and tiara.
Looking back, Josie said: “It was the happiest day of my life but everything changed when we got married. I was treated like a slave, not a wife. I felt like a child. I lost my independence completely.
“He wouldn’t let me see my friends and family and that made me completely miserable.
“I wanted it to work so much but I couldn’t understand why he was acting like a fool. Every gypsy girl dreams of her wedding day. It is the biggest day of your life. Nobody wants it to end in divorce.”
The hardest thing for Josie is working out what her future holds.
She said: “It is forbidden to be divorced, but my family understand. My mummy told me that I shouldn’t stay at home and be unhappy.
“The real issue is not my family but the rest of the gypsy community. It is seen as a disgrace to walk away from your marriage.
“Men in my community will now see me as ‘un-pure’ and no man wants to be around a woman who isn’t pure.” A traveller follows a strict no-sex-before-marriage rule.
Josie said: “We are not even allowed to have a proper kiss before we marry, that’s how seriously we take marriage.
“People do re-marry, but life is a lot harder for those that do.”
Neither Swanley nor Josie have been back to the marital trailer since she walked out on him.
She said: “We haven’t spoken since. I want to make the most of my time with my friends, my family and my little girl — they are the most important people to me now.” Swanley, who is now living in Kent, is yet to visit his daughter.
Josie said: “He hasn’t bothered to come and see baby Josie. That just sums him up.
“I feel really lucky that I have my family to support me and my daughter.
“She plays with my little brothers and sister which is lovely for her and me.”
A typical day for a married gypsy girl would involve cleaning, cooking and looking after the baby, but now things are back to how they were for Josie.
She said: “I’m really enjoying having my girlie times back with my friends and sisters. I really missed them when I was with Swanley.
“Now I go to have sunbeds three times a week, I go shopping and I go dancing.
“This divorce party marks a new chapter for me and my daughter and I’m excited for the future.”

Usher praying for stepson, puts aside messy divorce - AZCentral.com
Usher has been praying for his stepson Kyle Glover.
The 33-year-old singer's stepson - the child of his ex-wife Tameka Raymond and her former partner Ryan Glover - was hit by a jet ski and pronounced brain dead on Saturday, and he has put aside his messy divorce with her out of ''respect'' for 11-year-old Kyle.
A source told HollywoodLife.com: ''The situation is terrible, the praying is plentiful and Usher is there for Kyle and is being an adult in the situation dealing with Tameka. He is separating things for the benefit and respect of Kyle.
''Usher is in contact and is nearby. He really is playing things close to his chest because there [are] still so many other emotions going on.''
Usher is said to be ''devastated'' by the incident, which occurred on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, Georgia.
A source said: ''Usher is completely devastated and shaken with what has occurred.
''[He] is emotionally drained from the accident. He feels incredibly awful, distraught ... it's been a complete rollercoaster of emotions.''
Usher has reportedly pulled out of an awards show appearance so he can continue to support Tameka and Kyle.
The musician was scheduled to be a presenter at the ESPY Awards - which recognize the achievements of sports stars - tonight (07.11.12) but he will no longer be attending due to the incident, according to the New York Post newspaper.
Zooey Deschanel, Connie Britton and Bar Refaeli are all due to appear at the event at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

Your own piece of Essex, for just £35. TOWIE girl Gemma Collins' launches £1million plus-size fashion range today - Daily Mail
UK and U.S. retailers snap up the collection
Curvy TV star hits back at Twitter trolls that called her a whale
Toyboy Arg says he loves her fuller figure
Blonde defends her 'showmance' with co-star
Range set to make 1million for the size 18 star
By Toni Jones
|
Today TOWIE star Gemma Collins hit back at the haters as she launches her debut fashion collection.
Often criticised for being overweight the size 18 blonde will be having the last laugh as her designs, including the 35 draped 'Essex' dress, a drop-hemmed 'Zanzibar' tunic top and 65 Versace inspired maxi dress named Rome, are set to make the reality star from Romford over 1million.
The fifty piece collection, which caters for size 14-22 and launches today on her own website, has already been snapped up by retailers in the U.S. and the UK.
Scroll down for video
Built for curves: The 35 Essex dress features clever draping around the arms and stomach and the 65 Rome maxi dress features straps wide enough to cover sturdy bra straps
Scallop hem: the 75 Holland dress
Pink lady: In the 35 Los Angeles tunic top
Monochrome: The 35 Zanzibar waterfall jacket
In an interview to celebrate the launch this weekend fashion mad Gemma describes how being a success is the best way to hit back at the bullies and why her frustration at the British high street led to her creating her own clothes.
Since first appearing in the reality show Gemma has been subject to relentless online abuse from people about her size, with nicknames including whale, monster and a fatty being thrown at her by vicious and mostly anonymous tweeters.
But the voluptuous reality star is not worried about what the Twitter trolls say.
She says: 'It makes me laugh to think people take the mick out of my size, but I’ve made being larger actually very profitable. On top of that I’ve met the man of my dreams. As far as I’m concerned that’s enough to answer any critics... frankly, they can kiss my a***!'
Excited: The Romford blonde's plus-sized range launches on Wednesday
Fed up of the shapeless, ugly clothes that are on offer for women of a certain size the bubbly blonde decided she wanted to help larger women in the same position as her if she ever got the opportunity.
'Like all Essex girls I like to look glam and sexy at the weekend. Just because I’m a bigger girl doesn’t mean I don’t want to look my best.
'I always promised myself if I was in the position to help larger ladies I would. And now I have. With this collection, I’ve worked with a great team. I helped to draw the designs, picked the fabrics, made decisions about the colours and I couldn’t be prouder.'
Not a 'showmance': Gemma says her relationship with co-star Arg is the real thing
Sunbathing in 'Marbs': The couple tweeted pictures of themselves on their first romantic holiday
The man of her dreams that she mentions is her co-star and new toyboy 24-year-old James ‘Arg’ Argent.
After being friends for years the pair started dating a few weeks ago and have just returned from their first couples holiday - in Marbella of course.
They are inseparable, spending hours at each others' houses and often pictured kissing and cuddling at events.
This weekend they were pictured falling out of Essex hot spot Faces night club together with gentlemanly Arg propping up a rather tipsy Gemma and tweeting: 'My poor @missgemcollins bit 2 much 2 drink tonight! Iv got 2 act my age instead of a 18 year old that i usually act like and look after her!'
Gemma wooed food lover Arg - who also struggles with his weight - by topping up the bread basked on their first date.
Toy boy: At 24 Arg is seven years younger than cougar Gemma
'He’s good looking, a bit bigger and loves his food. We just get on so well and this is no ‘showmance’ just for TV. We’re not calling ourselves ‘boyfriend’ and ‘girlfriend’ but I’m hoping that’s the way it’s heading.'
So far so showbiz, but life hasn't always been sweet for this glamorous Essex girl.
Gemma puts her weight issues down to early heartbreak and the subsequent loss of her unborn baby.
Before a significant break-up in her early 20s she was petite size 10, but losing her boyfriend and her baby meant that she turned to comfort eating and within a year had piled on five stone tipping the scales at 16st and ballooning to a size 22.
Doctors also told her that she had an insulin problem which would make it hard to maintain a healthy weight.
On the town: Wearing a 45 print dress mini dress from M&S on a night out in Faces
Hometime: Arg takes the lead - and Gemma's handbag - after a heavy night in Essex
Since then Gemma’s battle with her waistline has been well publicised and stints with personal trainers and in various boot camps meant that she has continued to yo-yo between size 14 and 18.
But the new romance, and a blossoming career in fashion means that she is finally happy in her own skin, and when sales from the new collection come rolling in her trademark grin will be getting even wider.
Not bad for a former car sales woman from Romford.
The Gemma Collins Collection is available from Wednesday from www.gemmacollinsofficial.com

Clacton shooting: Peter Reeve shunned guns while volunteering at clay pigeon club - The Independent
Peter Reeve worked as a handyman at the Clacton Gun Club in Essex and helped to clear up the site but he only ever had one go when encouraged by other members, officials said today.
PC Ian Dibell, 41, was killed in Clacton-on-Sea on Monday afternoon after it is thought he intervened in a row in which another man was shot.
Reeve, the suspected gunman, was later found dead with a handgun outside All Saints Church, in Writtle, near Chelmsford, about 40 miles away from the murder scene.
"Literally he shot at one clay and said: 'this isn't for me'," said Graham Cave, the secretary and security officer at Clacton Gun Club.
"I never saw him touch a gun after that," he added.
Mr Cave said he got the impression that he only went to the club for company. He was a typical "grumpy old man" but gave little sign of the future violence.
Detectives have said Reeve was not known to police and did not hold a license for the weapon and ammunition.
Today, Jim Barker-McCardle, the chief constable of Essex police, paid tribute to PC Dibell.
“Ian's tragic death reminds us all that it's not the uniform that makes a police officer but the instinctive, brave and selfless help to others," he said.
He added: “He was personable, charming, always immaculately dressed and very popular with his colleagues.
"I have no doubt that Ian knew of the danger he was facing when he stepped in to protect a member of the public whilst off duty and without any thought for his own safety.
"He had an incredible devotion to his community – a devotion which led to his paying the ultimate price.”
PC Dibell had served in Clacton-on-Sea since 2009.
Before that he had spent eight years working as both a neighbourhood and response officer in Colchester.
Essex police said a “live” murder enquiry continues into PC Dibell’s death.

Those pictures of Gemma modelling her clothes on the website are heavily photoshopped! Very misleading.
